Senior Pastor | David and Angie married in 1988. God has blessed them with five children. David grew up in Fort Lauderdale and was converted to Christ at an early age. He attended King College, and Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando Florida. He served with Reformed University Fellowship for eleven years at Georgia Southern University before being called to plant Denton Presbyterian Church in 2006.
Associate Pastor | Robert and Michelle have been married since 1994 and have three children. Robert survived the University of Texas with a degree in Chemical Engineering. After working as an engineer for a few years, he followed the calling of the Lord to prepare himself for gospel ministry. He graduated from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia in May of 2005 and was ordained in August of 2005. Before coming on staff at Denton Presbyterian Church in 2015, he served as the youth pastor of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Statesboro, Georgia for 10 years.
Ruling Elder | Stephen grew up in Memphis, TN and moved to Texas to attend SMU. While at SMU, Stephen was introduced to reformed doctrine and the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) through Reformed University Fellowship (RUF). Upon graduation Stephen married the love of his life and fellow SMU alum, Leslee Harp. Stephen and Leslee were founding members of New St. Peter's Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Dallas before moving to the Denton area in 2009 where they began attending Denton Presbyterian Church (PCA). Stephen has been serving as a ruling elder of Denton Presbyterian Church since 2011. Stephen loves being outside, traveling, great food, and blaring tunes with the top down on his jeep. The Shannon's have two children.
